How long Will it Take?
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Please be aware that any orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or UK bank holidays will also be processed on the following business day.
Not at home to receive your order?
If a delivery attempt is made while you’re unavailable, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel from your local collection point. Alternatively, you can reschedule your delivery by visiting the delivery partner’s website and using the tracking details sent to you via email (including the courier name and tracking number). This will allow you to choose a delivery date that works best for you.
RETURNS POLICY
How do I request a refund?
We offer refunds for any unopened items that you’re not completely satisfied with, provided the request is made within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged, unopened packaging and in a fully resealable condition. To start the return process, please contact our Customer Service team. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.
- Refunds are only available for returns requested within 7 days of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for the postage costs of returning items.
- Refunds will cover the product’s full value, excluding postage fees.
We kindly ask that all returned items are handled carefully and remain sealed and unused. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
What if I receive incorrect or faulty products?
If you’ve received incorrect or faulty items, please email us at info@nutriiceylon.co.uk as soon as possible, including your order number, details of the product you intended to purchase, and a description of the issue. Let us know whether you’d like a refund or replacement, and we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.
Can I cancel my order?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you’re entitled to cancel your order or any item purchased online for a full refund.
- If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us immediately at info@nutriiceylon.co.uk to cancel before processing.
- Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are processed.
Once your order has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent, we regret that we are unable to amend or cancel your order.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Notify Us: Email info@nutriiceylon.co.uk to confirm your intention to return the goods.
- Prepare Your Package: Carefully package the items and securely attach your return label to the parcel.
- Choose a Tracked Courier: Send your return using a tracked courier service of your choice. Please note that we do not provide return labels or reimburse return shipping costs.
- Send Proof of Delivery: Once dispatched, email the proof of delivery and tracking number to info@nutriiceylon.co.uk.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date of posting for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your parcel, and your refund has been issued.
